I'll say the same thing I just said in the wishlist thread. I was reluctant to make the thread as I don't fully trust any James Cameron listing until they're super official, so I do hope it's coming

. I would suggest everyone be cautiously optimistic at best until Disney announces it.. The site that listed it has been pretty reliable over the years, and have been the source of many Shout Factory leaks.

Would love to have this for Christmas, but next year is fitting for the 30th Anniversary

Worth noting that 2024 is also the 35th anniversary for The Abyss and 40th anniversary for The Terminator. It might just be a great year to be a James Cameron fan.

After I made this thread, I actually also noticed a listing for The Abyss as well. I can't imagine they'd be coming at the same time, but Cameron at least seemed to confirm that one is coming eventually. Not sure if he said anything about True Lies recently.

Don’t hold your breath for a better The Terminator. Boutiques played hot potato with it thanks to the Cameron clause. MGM via Warner could do an anniversary combo pack that combines the remastered Blu-ray and Special Edition DVD so fans get all the extras and the mono track (albeit on DVD).

Hopefully it turns out to be real for U.S release. I thought 2021 would finally be the year of Basic Instinct for a U.S 4K release and still no word of that happening. Even though its a different studio, it would’ve been nice for an update.

Amazon is never gonna let a small label like that have such an important film. That would disastrous PR anyway forcing everyone to pay $45 for a catalog title still available new at many retailers for under $10.

No press release no thread.
I mean the wish list section has how many threads for these now lol, they all had sales links or lair king Hunt articles.

Air lift them to the wish list untill press releases or cover art.
