It's says right in the article 'no additional fees'. You pay 3 dollars for a disc to load the software, and you login to your Netflix account and go.

My guess it this: They have the system already set up to watch movies on your PC. The 'software' that runs it works pretty darn good on the PC. Nice quality. I can only assume they are thinking about building versions compatible with the PS3 Browser, or a small software app that will run on both PS3 & 360, that just punches in to that same service.

I've watched 1 or 2 movies with my 18 hours per month on my PC, and it was pretty damn cool. And I'm not one who usually watches movies on my PC. But if I can do the same thing, only on my PS3? Heck yeah, count me in.
