That base is responsible for the production of Blu-rays, and the reporting paints a bleak picture for employees and physical media collectors. https://www.thegamer.com/sony-is-rep...ia-collectors/ Probably as Blu-Ray disc production wind down we will see companies stopping production of Blu-Ray players.
