About to get my player repaired question for people who own samsung bdp-1400

I went to bestbuy to hopefully exchange it for a different player but it must be checked if it can be repaired first. So it will take 2-3 weeks. I just want to make sure the reasons I am repairing it r reasons that its the player and not the movies or firmware cant fix.

1. Lost Season 3 sometimes will not load and whenever i eject it the screen stays black.

2. Constint freezes with ratatoulie.

3. Disc tray refuses to open when ejecting a movie and I'm forced to turn off the player then back on.

4. A quick white line that goes across the tv for like a second on some movies.

Note: I have latest 1.5 firmware.
