I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone. I was introduced to Blu shortly after Christmas and have to say the Hot Deals forum is killing my wallet already. I'm at 36 BD and counting...

Welcome and good job with your blu-ray purchases! As for the hot deals forum, yea it takes its toll on the wallet but just think of that money you save to buy more blu-rays

Yeah I feel the same way. Its like year the year 2000 all over again for me when DVDs first started to pick up. Blu-ray got me get back into home theatre.

I had a similar revelation when I first got into Blu. My wallet suffered and my collection grew quickly. After you start to get a lot of what you want the purchases seem to slow down, but just a little. Now I just pick up what is being released each week on stree date and dabble just a bit in the older stuff.

Put a little money aside though! When Universal and Paramount ramp up thier releases there could be another influx of movies hitting Blu.
