Default Best Blu-ray Transfers, Your opinions!

Well, I've been addicted to blu-ray ever since my ps3/hdtv projector came in, I can't watch sd-dvd anymore, but due to my limited budget and my blockbuster subscriptions, I can only watch a limited number of movies.

I want everyone's opinion on which movies out now that you have viewed have the best picture/sound/transfers quality.

I've heard that Planet Earth, and just about every Pixar film are a pretty good way to show off your setup. But what do you think has the best picture, post up your favs.

Pirates, Pixar (Ratatouille, Cars, etc) other CGI (Ice Age, Open Season, etc), Planet Earth, Cast Away.

30 Days Of Night (coming Tuesday) has been getting good reviews.

My more recent favorites that I've found are:

Final Cut of Blade Runner
Identity (truly an overlooked reference title)
Man on Fire

Out of my collection, the best off the top of my head is Ratatouille.
Kingdom of Heaven was absolutely brilliant, and slightly below that would be:
Kung Fu Hustle
Casino Royale
The Prestige
Troy
Man on Fire

In terms of the best "dated" catalog movie to get a serious upgrade and look damn stellar, that would go to The Cowboys. Whoever did that transfer should be in charge of updating all catalog titles, as far as I'm concerned.

Absolute worst transfers: The Fifth Element (original release), Robocop, The Italian Job, 28 Days Later, Vacancy.

All strictly my opinion, though

Transporter 2-French Import. A rare instance when being stuck in Region B actually paid off.
