Just make sure that it is NOT DISCLESS (like what rumors and hearsay tell).
Come on, optical format for game consoles rule!!! If Sony would want innovation, then they can either make a super-enhanced Blu-ray (like 100 GB, 200 GB or 1TB discs) or they could use holographic optical formats. Remember, not everyone has a broadband connection.....yet (tell that to the people of Africa and the under-developed nations :P). But bottom line remains that for the 8th generation of gaming consoles (which is the gen after Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and Sony PS3), we should still use optical disc-based formats. We should probably continue this path until we reach the 10th gen gaming consoles. |
