Default Something I've noticed with MLB 2008 regarding 1080p upscaling..

I downloaded MLB 2008: the Show when it first came out. Since then I have been playing the demo 100% upscaled to 1080p. Well last night I played it at it's native 720p resolution. I was amazed at the difference!! It suddenly went from 30fps to 60fps!! It has a buttery smooth framerate! Also, the graphics have changed as well. Now, when your batter comes up to the plate, the crowd seems more out of focus like if you were actually watching it on tv. It's as if all the camera's attention is on the batter. Some might see this as a bad thing but I actually think it's an improvement given the fact that the crowd models are so repetitive in the stands! Also, I'm seeing camera angles in 720p that I never saw in 1080p. There seems to be more close ups on the player's faces. I know it's just the demo but I wonder if by the time the full game comes out if they'll be able to achieve 60fps while running 1080p upscaled.

I play many games that are native 720p but upscale to 1080p. Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Call of Duty 4, etc. However I have NEVER seen such a difference in the way a game looks and plays between the 2 resolutions!
