Default With X-Files 2 coming out...

With X-Files 2 coming out and then presumably on BD a short time later, do you think we might get the first X-Files Movie and the T.V. series on BD soon after?

What are the chances of that?....

The X-Files is my fave show of all time, i stuck with it from beginning to end (don't get me started on those people who say "it was rubbish without Mulder")

I'd welcome BD versions of both movies, not too sure i'd want to buy all 9 seasons again though after buying them on vhs and then dvd..... i'm not made of money

I was an X-files fan and I don't know why they didn't continue the series. I thought the new characters were doing fine jobs and blended right in.

Me vacation was great,(just coke, the rum was gone. why's the rum always gone?)but the trip back was hell mate. I had to catch two Sea Turtles using rope made from me own back hair and ride 'em back.

I'm sure we'll see both the first and second movies released on BD ala 28 Weeks Later/28 Days Later. If I remember correctly seasons 1-4 of X-Files they only have video masters(sd resolution) so it would not really look any better on BD. They do have higher quality masters for seasons 5-9 and it was framed for widescreen so those seasons should look better on BD.

Did you have a run in with Lord Becket or Tia Dalma?

At last someone else who feels the same as me.
I've been supporting the final season with Doggett and Reyes for years but all you get in return is "oh it's not like it used to be" blah blah blah.
They were just starting to hit their stride when it was cancelled.

Early X-Files may have had classic episodes but Seasons 8&9 had some real humdingers.
4-D being a particular fave of mine.

My ex was the same way. After the DVD seasons 7-9 were released, she saw how amazing many of these episodes were.
