Default will this Blu-ray drive work in my mac pro?

i have the dual dual-core xeon 2.66 w/ 3gb ram, running an ati x1900 512 mb video card. wondering if i can swop one of the two superdrives for this blu-ray rom drive.

i think all PC drives are standard. So IMO its should work.
Laptop is more confusing though.

Is ATI X1900 support HDCP. Is there HDMI port?
(I know X1800 is, but not sure about this. Higher number does not imply its better - such as X38xx)

I read on a magazine, that the best graphic card to play BD is XT2600 HD (incidently mine as well).
