my top actress is not on BD (or at least I don't have it on BD - still waiting for Devil wears prada in stock in playusa.com). Should be meryl streep. no meryl, then it will be keira knightly or kirsten dunst.
for actor, my top actor are in 2 BDs that I have. Josh hutcherson. Also another one, this one on 4BDs: johnny depp
