Default hooking up speaker wire question

i have banana plugs that i want to put on my speaker wire. does it matter what side the red ones go on and what side the black ones go on? i just have to put them on the same side for each plug right?

color wise it does not matter but make sure to have - to - & + to +

best to put the right color one on the correct side, so if you have to move wires around or the wire get pulled out some how, you can quickly rehook them up.

What I think you're getting at..... is what wire to put what clip on right? Usually wires have a marking to distinguish.... so what I do, is put the RED on the one that either A) has writing on it, or B) has the white/clear line running down it. So then when you get the clips on, it's easy to connect the speakers and Receiver with RED-to-RED, and Black-To-Black.

nah... you're fine..... don't get too agressive and lose half of them..... but losing a few is no big deal..... they're thin, thus they're cut-able as well.
