color wise it does not matter but make sure to have - to - & + to +
best to put the right color one on the correct side, so if you have to move wires around or the wire get pulled out some how, you can quickly rehook them up. |

What I think you're getting at..... is what wire to put what clip on right? Usually wires have a marking to distinguish.... so what I do, is put the RED on the one that either A) has writing on it, or B) has the white/clear line running down it. So then when you get the clips on, it's easy to connect the speakers and Receiver with RED-to-RED, and Black-To-Black.
