Anyone with the new Emotiva XPA-5 amp? - Blu-ray Forum

Didn''t it just come out like a week ago? Good specs, but the plastic binding posts on the back have me wondering...

Haha I bet there's a lot of that going on. I emailed Emotiva about doing a trial version and they said they have a 30 day money back guarantee.
Unfortunately since I live in Canada I would still be responsible for shipping it back to them and duties at the border.

I'm mulling it over right now but if I do get one I'll be sure to post my impressions here.

Definitely let us know...I'm using a QSC amp right now, with about the same specs, but it's for instruments, not home theater audio. The fan is so loud it sounds like helicopter at takeoff...gotta go with something that's real home theater gear, and most of the stuff I like costs more than a Hawaiian vacation.
