Once Upon A Time In Mexico? - Blu-ray Forum

I'm sure this has already been asked before, but the search isn't working very well for me right now. What the heck has happened with Once Upon a Time in Mexico? It's been on Sony blu-ray previews forever and we still don't even have a release date announcement!

Dunno but I loved this movie...only saved the slipcover from the DVD because Danny Trejo signed it

This film should look awesome on BD. It was shot with HD cameras. The special features on the DVD had a featurette called 'Film is Dead'...I guess Rodriguez likes to film the movie and see how things play oout as opposed to storyboards or things like that. I guess using an HD camera is much easier for him to edit and he wastes less time and film. I'm looking forward to this one.

Yeah, Entertainment Weekly had an interview with him a few years back and he seemed really cool. I love seeing him pop up in movies.

They need to get on this. I just saw it in a preview again in 30 Days of Night on blu. This is ridiculous. They better do it right if they're waiting this long...
