Default Funny Games?!?!
I just finished watching the German flick FUNNY GAMES by Michael Haneke. I have to say that this is a pretty good little film if you like movies that are dark and disturbing. I'm thinking films like OLDBOY to ICHI THE KILLER to AT CLOSE RANGE etc... The only reason that I bring it up is because the directer has remade a US version that comes out soon.
Without giving anything away I guess the story of this film went just to my liking but I really didn't think it was going to about half way through. I'm not too excited about the remake as I'm just not a big fan of remaking foreign films but, If you're a Michael Pitt fan then I highly reccomend putting this on your netflix. He has a part in the US version and he seems to be a perfect cast choice for his role, I just wish I could say the same thing about Naiomi Watts.
