Talking I'm Going To Be A Dad!!!

Yesterday my Fiance informed me that she's pregnant! WOOOHOO!!! I'm going to be a dad! I can't even express how excited I am! I'm a bit nervous too, but I think it comes with every new parent. We havn't told anyone yet....but I figured...what the hell, I have to tell someone! So I'm telling all of you first! All of a sudden everything feels different...it's weird....but yeah...this means no more mass purchases of blu-rays and Home theatre upgrades for a while...BUT WHO CARES!!!

Congrats and try to prepare yourself as much as you can (no true guidebook, more mental). You sure need to keep all this excitement rolling for some upcoming busy times.

Congratulations!!!!! My wife gave the o.k. for ALL of speakers, which are new since November, and with stands, hit the $10k mark, and our son was born at the end of October (day before Halloween actually) so you may not have to put off the purchases afterall..... Hormonal women will clean, as well as shop.... as part of the "nesting" thing!!!!!!

Congratulations again!!!! Now you'll be able to do things like this........

It's great fun!!!! I just can't wait until he gets enough hair, so I can give him a mohawk when the wife is away

Well as much as I hope I get a chance to purchase all the things that I'd like, It really isn't very important to me at the time. Sometime in the future! The pic is awesome btw..

I recommend, for BOTH of you.... to schedule a spa-facial/massage package for the mothers-to-be (no manicure or pedicure, you're not supposed to get those while you're pregnant apparently) Do it as a surprise..... it goes over great, especially when they start getting the "I'm getting big" blues..... but don't wait until they start complaining etc.... even the skinniest girl in the world will get a little self-conscious, it's all part of the 1,000's of different moods they'll go through!!!! It's a huge "Pick-me-up" for them. They've gotta carry the kid for 9 months, they love it when you're supportive.

By the way.... the Massage is for her........ if you schedule yourself a "massage" outside of vegas, it'll have the exact opposite affect of what is intended

You probably already have a nice digital camera to capture your bundle of joy. May I also recommend a nice HD digital camcorder as well? If you are going to record family memories, may as well record them in high def. You'll never regret it.

Probably be among the first young family to have all digital memories in hd. Talk about the nuclear family.
