wow, im surprised that people have never heard of imdb, great site, usually pretty accurate with its ratings.

These ratings are provided by users. It's basically just a "popular opinion" poll.

It is a fantastic source for information on movies. I've used it MANY times to find information about trivia, goofs, and quotes. Good stuff.

I use it all the time to figure out an actor/actress. Any time I am watching a movie, and go, 'where the hell do I know her from?' I check IMDB.com.

It's one of my most used sites... I don't think I could function anymore without imdb.com, allmusic.com, and wikipedia.

I had never heard of allmusic.com before. Thanks so much for that.

I've played classical music for years, and was a music major in college. It's so difficult to find recordings of many of the pieces I've played... Thanks!
