Sweeney Todd North American Release Date? - Blu-ray Forum

Just wondering if anyone knows if Sweeney Todd will be released eventually in North America on the Blu-ray format. It is available on DVD as of April 1st, however, to my knowledge there has been no mention of it coming to Blu-ray. It is going to be available in England on the Blu-ray format due different copyright laws, so I was just wondering if anyone had read or heard anything in regards to the North American date? (assuming it will even be released on the format)

Paramount has not released any release information on releases yet. Sweeny Todd is released by WB internationally and they have the distribution rights in the UK,not copyright.
It looks like May 19 for the UK....LINK

plus last information I had was that it wouldnt be until the 3rd Q before we see any new releases from Paramount on Blu-Ray, That would be July at the earliest
