Monoprice in wall/ceiling speakers - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone used these or know anyone that has http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2

I am currently getting ready to set up my home for 7.1 and want to use these for the center 2 speakers, and possibly the rears also. I am reselling the home in a year and think this will add some apeal in the resale, I am also wiring everything with wall plates and such. What are everyones feeling?

Well considering that most of the specs they list are incomplete, I have to assume they are not good, so they didn't list them....so stay away.

Generally use Monoprice for everything including brackets. They're not known for their speakers though.

For your sanity, audition a few good brands and install those. No Bose!

Auditioning a set locally is going to be impossible for me, local CC is a joke. I will most likely have to do it when I travel. Thanks for the input though.
