A couple quick questions about my 605

I know there is the Temp short cut, are there any more quick tricks and patterns to reach other menu's?

Is it possible to get the display to sit on something else.
Eg, getting it to stay on Multi Channel PCM 7.1 instead of always going back to the standard.

Lots of good information in there on Onkyo products. It's for the 705 but most info will apply to all Onkyo receiver models.
