PS3 Update Question - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone know if I will be able to update the new firmware tomorrow without doing the previous 2.20 version. Or do I need to update it before I try to ad the new one?

I hope that makes sense...

it'll update you to 2.30 from any previous firmware

Do you update directly from the PS3, or do you d/load it to PC and use digital storage to transfer the update to the PS3?

If directly from the PS3, it's already available.

If d/load to PC, it usually doesn't show up on the Playstation site for a couple of days after being available directly from the PS3. But, a link to the update is available here https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...postcount=2456
