Now available - Yamaha RX-V1800/3800 firmware update with DTS-HD MA fix!

Note: This has already been posted here but I felt it was important enough to merit its own thread.

Yamaha has posted the official USA firmware fix for the DTS-HD MA bitstream "pop" issue. I just tried it with The Fly (@ 13:00) and the dreaded pop is gone!

Yamaha has just released the official firmware for these models, which you the consumer can download at your own convenience through the Yamaha website. Simply click on the following link listed below, which will take you directly to our website, and the product download page. Just follow the directions as indicated, and you will be able to perform the firmware update yourself.
