Looking for suggestions on in-ceiling system...

Hey everyone. My wife & I are moving into a new home in the next couple months. We are having two rooms wired for 5.1 surround sound - the family room and a "theater" room. The builder has pre-wired for the speakers in the ceiling and we would really like to consider in-ceiling speakers for both rooms. I will not have a huge speaker budget because I am hoping to get a 1080P projector in the near future. So, in the theater room I am probably looking to spend $500 - 750 on the speakers and sub.

The problem I am having is finding good information on lower priced in-ceiling speakers. And, I don't want to spend the money for bad sound (I am hoping to at least get a decent upgrade from a Sony HTIB system in the last house). I was hoping that some of you may have good recommendations for in-ceiling speakers for the room. I am looking for any suggestions and would really appreciate exact speaker model #'s (rather than just a brand). Also, I am open to online retailers (or even eBay) to get the best possible setup for the $ I can spend or if saving a few hundred extra to add to my budget will make a big difference hearing about that.

I have a PS3 and Harman Kardon AVR-247 (that I bought a few months ago). We love to watch Blu-rays and are hoping to take advantage of the superior sound quality. The room is right at 15' x 11' and the seating will be 10-14' from the screen. Thanks.
