Default Opinions: Dell M6300

I am considering investing in a desktop replacement laptop. I will be doing some graphic work, websites, etc...and of course be backing up all my data on blu-ray discs (not to mention watching them on the high def screen).

I just wanted to get everyone's opinion of this system, so I have an idea of what I'm getting by chance I buy it next month.

Dell Precision M6300

-Intel Core 2 Duo T7700, 2.40GHz 800Mhz, 4MB L2 Cache, Dual Core
-17 inch Wide Screen WUXGA TrueLife LCD (1920x1200 Resolution)
-4.0GB, DDR2-667 SDRAM, 2 DIMM
-NVIDIA QUADRO FX1600M 512MB TurboCache (256 dedicated)
-160GB Free Fall Sensor Hard Drive 9.5MM, 7200RPM
-Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
-Dell Wireless 360 VSTA Bluetooth Module
-Blu-ray/DVD/CD Burner/Reader Vista ONLY
-Intel 4965 WLAN (802.11a/g/n) mini Card
-9-Cell/80 WHr Primary Battery

Price will come to $2,775 w/ tax.

$2,775 with tax

I was looking at an XPS M1530. However with my business discount, the 6300 ended up being the same price, but with the larger screen.

Dell's are paperweight pieces of shit. Invest your money in a Apple Powerbook. They are perfect for graphics and web people. I know cause I am one. I would never buy another "PC" laptop. I think Apple is or already has started installing blu-ray drives as options for their computers.

I would love to invest in a MacBook Pro (especially because I can just dual-boot as well)...but unfortunately they DO NOT have the option of a blu-ray drive, which is really what I'm also after. Plus, since the price WITHOUT a blu-ray drive is already on par with what I would be paying for the dell...I don't know if it would be within my price range when they eventually DO have blu-ray.

I've considered Acer as well, since I've had good experiences with them, but unsure.
