Speaking to my Bro yesterday Directv now has restrictions on how long you can keep movie saved on DVR.The time limit is 24 hours after buying then it deletes itself.
He was pissed off big time because it takes away his freedom after buying thus he will neflix and Blockbuster for now on.
I don't understand how the Download push will ever become the future.
Hard Media will never be replaced no matter what Digital download fanboys over at HDD and AVS say...My bro is the perfect example...He is now strictly a hard media renter with the occasional blu-ray buy.

Agreed - this completely sucks. Can't see myself buying PPVs anymore.

Never did and never will. Netflix has worked for me the last 4 years I've had it.

Comcast has always had a 24 hr time limit on ppv movie rentals.
Yea it sucks,

but I've never known any different.
