HDMI Switch for PS3?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you had any recommendations regarding HDMI switches made specifically for PS3 or game consoles in general? There is a particular one I am looking at at Amazon which is being sold for around $50+, but its ports only support up to HDMI v1.2 and not the v1.3 that the PS3 comes with. What is the main difference between HDMI v1.2 and v1.3?
