prison break season 1 is out in france and is soon to come out in germany.

as a big 24 fan i contacted someone that i know from fox and it seems they may be releasing this to coincide with Season 7 as it airs in January, remember it got pushed back due to only 8 episodes being filmed at the time of the writers strike. I thought it would have been cool for the fans to have got this during the wait, but it seems the fox execs want to milk the release, suprise suprise.

But we can assume that the blu ray release will include the special features that have recently been included in the Season 1 special edition.
