Default Connecting subwoofer to the Onkyo 805

I got a 805 unit, and a polk subwoofer, the polk has 2 phono ins, the left and right stereos. Picked up a subwoofer phono cable, and not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do. The polk also has regular speaker wire ins and out, both stereo as well.

The receiver should have a "sub out" plug / RCA cable connection. I can't see the back of the sub, but it might have a left and right RCA plug "in". If so, use the left RCA "in" from the receiver. More preferably it will have a designated LFE "in" RCA plug. Either one will do.

connect the "sub out" on the receiver to the Line In Left or Line In Right, it does not matter.

Then turn Low Pass filter fully clockwise.

in the receiver settings, set the speakers to "small" and the subwoofer (LFE) to “ON,” or “YES,” or “PRESENT”

By the way, anyone know how to access the hidden menu for upscaling control? I can't seem to do it over regular menus and heard it was a hidden option.

My Wii is coming in at 480P and my PC which used to be whatever resolution I wanted, is forced into 720P only now. Need to turn my Wii's upscaling on and my PC to just go directly to the TV without any tinkering.
