Default Hot Fuzz and Shaun on blu-ray?

Anyone know if Universal has announced anything on these being released on BD?

They're going to do it sometime right?

Those two movies have not been announced at this point. I am one that is looking foward to their release. Universal just got into the Blu-ray camp, and I am sure that those titles will be released soon.

Universal has stated that they will release up to 50 titles this year. I am hoping that these two are among those that they release. If you look back on the titles they released on the dead format, I would suspect that these sold very well, along side American Gangster, The Kingdom, and the Bourne Series. I would suspect that we will see these two along with the bourne series and the kingdom around sept/oct. (just my guess)

I keep hoping that we will get at least Shaun by Halloween.
Hot Fuzz was one of their prized transfers so I am a bit surprised that they have not pushed it out on blu already.

You couldn't pay me to watch Hot Fuzz again, I found it to be terrible and didn't laugh once, I had to watch it twice to make sure.

Shaun of the Dead is a classic, I have watched it a heap of times.

I have never really understood the need that some people have to go into a thread where someone is saying "I hope this movie comes out" to say "oh I can't stand that movie".

Just stating an opinion, I agree that Shaun of the Dead should be release on Blu-Ray and would buy it straight away, but I wouldn't buy Hot Fuzz.
