Default Do you mix your BD with your SD?

I like everything alphabetical order so I just mix mine in. I'm afraid it I give my blu's there own home. I'll never look at my SD's again.

I used to mix them, but I seperated them (alphabetically) about six months ago. I like it much better that way now.

But you are right, the SD's don't get the attention they used to (but why should they?)

I keep my blu's separate because of the differences in case height. I have all my alphabetized blu's first, then my alphabetized dvds. I don't like the look when they are mixed together.

I keep my Blu-ray movies in a separate location, and that helps deter my wife from basically messing things up.

Separated. On different sides of the rack. Facing out are the Blus, though,

BDs seperated from DVDs. Each is on their own shelves, except for my TV-On-DVD collection. They fill the top half of my BD bookcase... but, I'll have to find another storage method pretty soon. That bookcase only has 1 empty shelf left and there is A LOT OF STUFF that I want to get.

I keep the blu rays together, one one of the shelves my DVDs are on.... you have to really look for the Blu's to know they're there. They're only a small part of the "army"

I keep mine on another shelf, but their not alphabetized. Instead I find it better looking to have em orginized by the studios the made em. Cause the blu logo is in a diffrent place depending on the studio.

Mine are sorted alphabetically on my media case, so DVDs and BDs are together. I think of things in terms of movie titles - not format - and that keeps titles from slipping my mind. Having the different sized cases is fantastic, because even though they're mixed you can immediately distinguish between DVDs and BDs.

I only have about 10 BDs, but I keep them separate. They like it that way.

Until 2 weeks ago, I kept all my DVDs in a closed media cabinet and all my Blu-rays on the stand that my TV and other gear are sitting on.

But I've been able to liquidate about half my DVD collection (via eBay and yard sales) and cleared a lot of space. Also, my Blu-ray collection has grown so big that there's not enough room any more on my TV stand.

So just 2 weeks ago I moved the Blu-rays into the open space of my media cabinet, but I couldn't bring myself to mix the two. I don't feel like watching my DVDs anymore -- not even Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. The quality is so disappointing, and I just think about how good they will be on Blu.

It may sound funny, but I miss having my Blu-ray collection in open view. I used to like looking at them -- all lined up very nicely in a neat row. I think the cases look cool and I like the covers. DVD seems so yesterday and clunky.

I Keep them separate. Can't see trying to mix and match different sized cases together.
