My first bad experience with play-asia

1) Placed an Order on 2008-Jun-16 at 1:57 PM with $10 coupon. Order total after applying the coupon was $49.80.
2) Sent out an order cancellation email on 2008-Jun-17 11:29 AM and also requesting them to release $10 coupon which was applied on the order.
3) Received Order cancellation email on 2008-Jun-17 at 04:08 PM and the message stating that $10 coupon applied on the order was released for future usage.
4) Received Order Shipped email on 2008-Jun-17 at 05:50 PM
5) Credit Card statement today shows 2 entries. $10 (discount) + $49.80 (total after discount).
6) Sent out several emails between 2008-Jun-17 and today to look into the matter and at least refund $10. No replies so far. These idiots are hiding their heads and aren't replying at all.
7) I've tried to contact them using the internal contact function on their website, it was working fine before until now, when trying to submit an enquiry, it keep saying "One or more fields are missing or incorrectly filled out". and the required fields is indicating "Enquiry" and "Text" field. I'm pretty sure the required fields has been filled in, but its still not working. This problem has been there since May,12 2008 and still remains unresolved.

Update: Problem Solved. Play-asia have acknowledged the mistake.
