Default Panasonic BD 30 & Integra 7.8 trouble

I have both units and all is set for HD audio but my Integra only lights up DD or DTS when I have settings for the HD audio. Is it possible the P 30, while bitstreaming, will NOT light up the Tru HD or DTS MA lights on my Integra? Any body know the skinny on these things? Thanks, P,S, I've talked to Integra on the phone and they are absolutely no help. It's a joke!

I have the BD30 and an Onkyo receiver, which should very similar. My BD30 is set to bitstream everything and I always get the correct indicator in the receiver.

I would double check the following:

1. Make absolutely sure that the player is set to bitstream all of the audio.

2. Make absolutely certain that you are setting the disc menu to the HD audio. Many BDs still default to the core.

3. Make sure you listening modes are mapped correctly on the receiver so that, for example, Dolby TrueHD in = Dolby TrueHD out. It is in the listening mode setup menu.

Lastly, just to be sure, are you outputing audio over HDMI? I don't think you can bitstream HD audio via optical.

All is set to bitstream, dvd menu is set to either DD Tru HD or DTS HD MA and am using HDMI and listening modes: If it says on the left DD Tru Hd then on the right I need to say the same, right? It is set up that way. Thanks. Must be something wrong with the receiver, right?
