Default Blu-ray disk drive problem

I have a Matshita BD-CMB UJ-120
For about a month my drive hasn't been working.
I figured it was a driver issue as a first reaction so I looked.

This device cannot start.(code 10)
I clicked check for solutions and its does nothing. Iv tried everything that iv seen on other forums(uninstalling it and restarting my VAIO) and its the same thing.

and if this post is in the wrong section im sorry
