Default PS3, PSP and a receiver with extra zones, is this a godlike setup?

Like all good ideas, this came to me while in the shower. I was thinking it would be nice to be able to hear my mp3 collection while in the morning shower, and thought about setting up a playlist and putting some outdoor waterproof speakers in the bathroom.

Then I was thinking how cool would it be with a waterproof PSP mounted in the bathroom so I could pick my songs and have them stream out of the PSP's shitty speakers.

Then I realized I could combine the two, obviously, the PSP isn't waterproof, but what if you put some outdoor speakers on the deck, had them attached to a secondary zone on your receiver, then had the PS3 set with remote play to play sound from the PS3. Then you walk out with your PSP, and can select any song you want and listen to it while you grill or just read a book outside. It would be essentially a wireless remote you could take anywhere you have wireless internet - and read your selection off of it.
