Whoever thought petitioning and calling and e-mailing doesn't make a difference anymore (ahem, me) was wrong!

I just got this e-mail from Netflix:

"We Are Keeping Netflix Profiles

Dear <netflix customer>,

You spoke, and we listened. We are keeping Profiles. Thank you for all the calls and emails telling us how important Profiles are.

We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. We hope the next time you hear from us we will delight, and not disappoint, you.

-Your friends at Netflix"

As stated before, it is on the account page... but you must subscribe to at least 2 at a time to have multiple profiles.

Maybe i'm blind, i'm in "Your Account" and I don't see anything about profiles.

I went to the friends and family tab on the top and changed my profile there... I don't know if it's the same as what you're talking about.

Good for netflix. I'm sure this wasn't costing them anything though. Now if this emailing thing will work if or when they raise Blu prices....I doubt it.

When I click "Your Account" at the topic the "Account Profiles" link shows up under "Account Information" (it's the 2nd option in the left hand column).

EDIT:

From the blog: "Non-users of the feature and new members will be able to access Profiles in 2-3 weeks. Existing users will be able to continue their use, uninterrupted."

So, what I posted above will get them for you... but you're gonna have to wait! :-(
