Can NOT get new Pioneer BDC-202 Bluray Player to work

Hi Guys I just got a Pioneer BDC-202 Player and I cannot get it to read Bluray DVD, it reads reg DVD's but not Bluray, I tried Win XP and Vista as I have a dual boot system, I tried different players (VCL, Power-DVD, Win Media) but I still cant get it to work.

When I try to play Bluray in Power DVD it crashes, I tried to install the software that came with the drive but it hung up while installing Win DVD which I did not think I needed.

Am I doing something wrong? do I need a driver?
