Default Widescreen Documentaries

I'm going through a fascination-with-documentaries-phase and I've noticed many documentaries are full-frame. Not that the aspect ratio makes or breaks the documentary, but for whatever reason I just like watching them in widescreen.

So, that being said, are there any out there in WS other than Planet Earth, The War, and Galapagos (all of which I've seen) that a) are interesting, b) look great, and c) would actually be worth buying.

The topics don't really matter, because I'm open to just about anything: oceans, sciences, dinosaurs, rocket ships, airplanes, architecture, wars, engineering, etc.

They don't have to be on BD, DVD is fine.

Anything done for PBS or the BBC, especially Nova in the last 5 years or so should be wide

For example, if you like lions there's Relentless Enemies, etc.
