Default Where to connect 5.1 analog on ONKYO 575

I am trying to help out a buddy. He has the Onkyo 575. Go here and click on rear view in the photo gallery

http://www.onkyousa.com/model.cfm?m=...class=Receiver

Where would you hook up the analog 5.1 via RCA connection scenario that crack stickied?? In the middle of the back with colored inputs, where it appears to be the place, it says Surround and Surr Back. No where does it say Fronts like it does on the back of his bluray player. It also clearly has a box outlined saying 5.1 connection on his bluray player but this is not evident on this Onk.

One other thing - I went through that entire sticky on getting lossless sound through this kind of analog 5.1 connection. A good chunk of the questions came from PS3 folks and at that time there was limitations to 2.0, so they were missing out on surround. What about my buddy who has a Samsung bluray player with this Onk 575 and the analog setup. Will he be getting these various PCM >>> codecs that the player is capable of decoding in surround effect or only through the fronts and center and sub??

Thanks as always.....
