Default HELP - New to Blu - What is the difference in Sound Quality

I am fairly new to the Blu world and I have recently been building up my blu-ray collection. I started to look a little closer to the back of some of the movies I have purchased and can someone explain the difference in the audio quality for the following:

1. 5.1 EX Dolby Digital
2. 5.1 DTS HD Master Lossless Audio
3. Dolby TrueHD 5.1
4. PCM 5.1 (Uncompressed)

Which is the best and which is the worst?

Thanks for the help.

I read another thread in reference to the release of "Blow" with Johnny Depp and many people were upset that it will have lossless audio. Is this a poor quality of sound to have.

They're upset that it does NOT have lossless audio (TrueHD, PCM, DTS HDMA). Dolby Digital, standard DTS, etc, are lossy formats.

So is good to have lossless audio (TrueHD, PCM, DTS HDMA)? I just want to ensure I am getting the best quality I can get.

Lossless audio and PCM is as good as it gets. What kind of equipment are you using?
