Default Deciding on a mount?

For the Mitsu HC1500 I need an adjustable (distance from ceiling) mount, and I'm looking for them on amazon..... I need to make sure I select one that has enough "Range" for me to move it up/down etc.... I have flexibility with where I put the screen also....

here's what I'm doing...

100" 16:9 screen......

I'd like to start the screen 24 inches from the floor, but I could go all the way down to the floor, or up to 36-40 inches or so from the floor. With 8 Foot ceilings, since the screen will be 49" tall (right?) what one of these mounts would work best

will that one work for this projector?

how about this one... universal, but will it adjust to the heights I'd need? (I can adjust the screen placement of course)

This is the cheapest, but is it a good candidate?

thanks, I'm going crazy trying to figure this all out, and I'm not a great DIY'er..... so I think buying a mount is the way to go here.
