Is it possible to share an external NTFS Hard drive to the PS3 through a Laptop?
I've got a laptop running Windows Vista & wanted to know if there's any way to share my 500Gig NTFS formated external drive so it is recognised by my PS3.
I know the easiest solution would be to just format the drive in FAT32 & plug it straight into the PS3, but since I couldn't load any files bigger than 4 gigs on it, that rules out most HD content. Right now, the only workaround I have is dragging all the files I want to stream from the HD to my "Shared Video" folder on the laptop which is recognised by my PS3, but with an 80 Gig HD, my laptop's filling up fast.
