I am interested to know what different players support with respect to time code hunting on BDs and HD DVDs even.
I can say the following about my players: Toshiba A1: Jump to absolute time code, accurate to 1 second. Does not work for HDi authored discs (ie, pretty much all the pressed movie discs). Panasonic BD player: Time Slip function - skips forward (or back?) from where you currently are - accurate to the minute only. Please post here what the Pioneer, Sony, Philips, Samsung and PS3 have available for this kind of functionality. |
