I need some help deciding what to do. Right now I have a ps3 which I like alot, and a Sony STR-da5000es. It is a great sounding reciever (digital with 170 watts per channel and s master pro) but is out of date because it can't decode lossless (no hdmi) dts-ma or dolby true hd. I love the way this reciever sounds but I really want to take advantage of the new formats. I am a professional musician so i appreciate sound very much. I am considering either buying a STR-da5300es, or buying the new bdp-s550 with 7.1 analog out and using my old reciever with multi channel imput. Will the multi give me the same quality as if I bought a new reciever and used the hdmi (pcm)
