Appears to be coming on Feb 3, 2009.
Awfully long time away, so I wouldnt be surprised if this release dates slips and slides a bit.

A very good flick. Have it on DVD, but in needs an upgrade in the worst way.

This AND Dr. Strangelove....... I can't wait for either of them!!!!! I haven't had the pleasure of seeing what Blu can do for b&w as many of you have, and now I know I'll wait, because I'll use Dr. Strangelove to check out the capabilities!!!! (kubrick's use of lighting is fantastic)

This will be a no brainer to buy considering it is one of my favorite movies of all time and it is a classic. So far away but glad it was announced!!!

Figured this is the best thread to put it in, but the disc has been cancelled according to Axel Music.

Which makes sense, considering it was supposed to be out in a month and we never saw anything about it again after it was announced.
