Default Dish Network Turbo Charged HD - Blu-ray???

I have Dish Network and my system updated to "Turbo HD" last night. They claim it to be in full 1080p, Blu-ray quality HD, lol. Yes, they're is an improvement in the HD quality, but Blu-ray quality??? I don't think so. Does anybody else have Dish Network on here? What are your thoughts?

its a marketing term and nothing more. its the same hd you had before. as for the 1080p, if you have the receiver that supports it and the new software you can watch a 1080p version of i am legend on channel 501.

and technically, you could claim their 'as good as blu-ray' stuff is marketing as well. they're both 1080p

i believe all 622's and 722's are good to go. hit menu twice to see which software version you have. or go to channel 501. if its there you prolly have 610, if not..500 something.

i didn't have the new software yesterday..its here today tho..cool

edit: i just checked out 501. i am legend isn't even available. wtf dish
