Tower.com Has just shipped my Blu-ray Heroes: Season 2 that i ordered yesterday a week and a half before the release date.

I just got mine today (from a different online retailer, not Tower). I haven't had much time to watch, but I skimmed through a disc and it looks great. Not the most stunning picture, but it looks completely true to the source - natural noise structure, no noticeable DNR, extremely high detail, etc. And there is a DTS-HD MA track, if there was still any doubt.

As for the case, it's just a millimeter or so higher than normal Blu-ray cases - and that may just be because of the outer cardboard slipcover. Inside is a digipack though, not a multi-disc Blu-ray case. At least it's not the huge DVD size of the HD DVD season one set (not that I particularly care as I know I'll have plenty of DVD-sized sets in my collection before long, but I know some of you care very much).
