Darth Lavender Active Member Member since:Jul 2008	Interesting reading on the necessity(?) of re-encoding HDDVD titles for Blu-Ray Found this thread at AVS forum which goes into some very, uber-detailed comparisons between The Mummy on HDDVD and Blu-Ray. Since the issue of HD-DVD encodes used on Blu-Ray is always coming up (along with the concept of 'upgrading' one's HDDVDs to blu-ray) some of the you might find the comparison useful. (I haven't read it all myself, just glanced at some of the screencaps.
