Default 3-D Polar Express

I would love to see Polar Express in 3-D, but I already have this movie on Blu-ray disc. Can I just buy the 3-D glasses and be able to see the movie in 3-D? Or is the forthcoming BD re-issue of Polar Express specially encoded to allow it to be viewed in 3-D? Does anyone know which 3-D process this movie will use? I do not like the cheesy blue/red glasses process. I like the glasses used on the Spiderman ride and Terminator show at Universal Studios. I hope this is the type of 3-D eye wear that will be used on Polar Express (and future 3-D BD releases).

You would need the new disc. It includes both the 2D and 3D versions of the movie.

I don't have it yet at all so i'll likely get this new one.
