The closest thing coming to the straight definition would probably be Heavy Rain, which is coming next year. But there's a number of heavily cinematic games. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Heavenly Sword, Metal Gear Solid 4 all come to mind.

+1 Those games give a good cinematic experience. Very good cinematic and very good gameplay!

Go find Indigo Prophecy for the PS2 (providing your PS3 is backward compatible.) It is the precursor to the previous poster's comment about Heavy Rain. Indigo Prophecy is best described as a choose-your-own-adventure movie, with bad endings around every corner. Gotta be smart (for the most part) to make it to the end!

Those weren't very interactive.

Just some neat mostly static cutscenes and good dialogue interspersed with flying missions.

Check out the games I listed above. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
