I saw the trailer, and though it still looked a little rough round the edges, it's the first Spidey game to get me interested - there's a whole city to swing round! And PS3 exclusives? Hmmm, I hope so, but these days exclusive doesn't mean much, I wouldn't be surprised to see this extra stuff available on 360 to download after a few months - although they won't be able to use motion control, ha!

Yeah, reading about how Spidey's web will shoot out like liquid and smack a wall then tighten when Spidey's weight is applied sounds cool .

Also the pedestrians will react to your presence and events happening. Should be a good game.

I'm tempted to get this game but I just have that "movie game" yellow alert going off in the back of my head.

I do like what I've seen and heard so far, though.

These next gen games costing at least $60 a pop or $70 for Collector's Edition doesn't help things out.

I just spent about 4 hours with Spiderman 3 Collector's Edition. This game is a lot more involving than the Spiderman 2 game and of course better graphics. I hope you have quick reaction times. You will need it on individual portions of the game (play it and you'll see what I mean). Beating the Goblin is hard as hell! I haven't unlocked the black Spidey suit yet. This title is worth picking up if you haven't already!

LOL, yeah... cheap it ain't. I just bought the PS3 Collector's Edition for $60. Pricey, but check this out... another guy was pre-ordering Halo 3 for the 360 and asked about the Legendary Edition and it was serously like $150 - no joke! Needless to say the guy ended up reserving the regular edition.

BTW I'll confirm that the Spidey Collector's Edition only exists for PS2 & PS3.
